What does the Managed Service journey look like?

Our Managed Service is carefully carried out in two phases: the project phase and the service phase. We ensure that you are supported from start to finish, with clear agreements, timely delivery, and continuous guidance. This ongoing service ensures that your ITAM and FinOps remain up-to-date, and that performance and compliance are optimally maintained.

1. Project phase: implementation and setup
During this phase, we ensure that the SaaS platform is fully operational and set up. Key steps include:
  • Kick-off: we create the project plan and discuss responsibilities;
  • Technical implementation: the SaaS platform is installed and configured, and we provide the necessary documentation on the implementation;
  • Collecting and registering licenses: all agreed contracts and software licenses are accurately and completely entered;
  • Evaluation and delivery: together, we evaluate the project and deliver an operational platform.
2. Service phase: periodic service and optimization
After the successful implementation, we carry out periodic tasks in this phase based on the agreed service level. The service phase includes:
